‘Land/H2O’ is Andrew Mortensen’s follow-up to his 'classical' debut 'Strung'.

Compositions for small ensembles, dating back to 1995-1997.
Also includes arrangements of pieces from 'Strung' (2020).

Here he takes influences from Bartók and Feldman as well as Charles Mingus and death metal. A mix of blues/jazz-tinged classical, with metal drum aesthetics.

This 2020 re-issue (original tape released in 1999), sees the compositions all completely re-recorded.
